At TROUNCE  LOT,  we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you might have a change of heart. Therefore, we have crafted a comprehensive and hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.


Shipment Confirmation: All customers will receive delivery tracking information once an order is shipped and are expected to monitor for any delivery expectations and/or delays.

Restock Fee: There will be a $5 Restock Fee, per item, if said item(s) and/or product(s) are accepted under the Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns: You may return any item purchased (online) from TROUNCE  LOT  within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product(s) and/or item(s) must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and/or package and have any or all tags included, if applicable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at and submit a written request, along with the item(s) description, date of purchase, confirmation number and a picture of said item(s), which will be used for evaluation.

Shipping the Return: You (Buyer/Purchaser) are responsible for the non-refundable shipping cost of the return. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 575, Moorpark, CA., 93021.

Refund for Return: Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 5 to 7 days for us to inspect said item(s). If the returned item(s) meet the requirements and specifications under the Return Policy, we will process your refund and send an email confirming the same and/or status.

Defective or Damaged Item(s): Pertaining to purchased item(s) and/or product(s) only, excluding delivery method transportation; in case you receive a defective or damaged item(s), please contact our customer support team ( within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defective item(s) to initiate the return process.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel or change an order, you must contact as soon as possible. Order(s) can only be canceled and/or changed if they have not been processed for shipping. Once shipped, the Return Policy is in effect.

Return to Sender: Any item(s) or product(s) shipped back to TROUNCE  LOT  under the declaration of  “Return To Sender”  (RTS) for failure to receive, collect or deliver from a shipping carrier or facility, such as UPS, USPS and/or FEDEX, will be charged a $20 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. Included in this clause regarding RTS are packages that have an erroneous address that the customer provided when the order was placed. Please be advised, packages that come back (RTS) to TROUNCE  LOT  are executed at the company’s expense. Additionally, the customer will be informed of the RTS status, address shall be re-confirmed, and any outstanding fee (RTS Fee of $20) must be paid and/or satisfied (first) before the order or package is re-shipped. Customer shall have a “15-day Grace Period,” from the date of notice regarding RTS status, to pay RTS Fee. If no payment (RTS Fee) is received and the “15-day Grace Period” expires; the order(s), item(s) or product(s) shall be considered a policy dispute and/or order refusal, which is subject to a forced refund. Customer will be refunded for the order subtotal, minus RTS Fee and $5 Restock Fee per item.
